WSUS 3.0 to WSUS 3.2 on Server 2016 Standard

Hello, I have a WSUS 3.0 (10.0.14393.4046), installed on a Windows Server 2016 Standard, I want to upgrade to version 3.2 but I can't find a way to do it, what is the step-by-step? I have tried several forums, searches and I can't find a clear way to do it.

WSUS is a Windows Server role. You can't upgrade it to a new version.
You can only upgrade to a new version of Windows but what do you want to achieve exactly by upgrading it?

I have an infrastructure of 300 workstations, some with Windows 11 and others with Windows 10. The Windows 10 workstations are not requesting/receiving the 22H2 update, but the Windows 11 workstations are. I thought that perhaps updating the WSUS server would solve the problem.

WSUS is a Server OS Role. Upgrading the OS upgrades the version of WSUS. There are 3 ways to upgrade WSUS:

I recommend option #2 (https://www.ajtek.ca/wsus/another-successful-in-place-upgrade-why-not-change-how-you-think/) and if you can't go with that, option #3.
