Sign in to School account using Microsoft authenticator

Question

I tried to sign in with my school account in my computer and it said I needed to enter the code displayed in the authenticator app on my mobile device. I proceded to install this authenticator app and, when I tried to sign in, it said again that I needed to enter the code displayed in the authenticator app. What do i do?

Sounds like you'll need the school admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
