Accessing Microsoft Business Account without Authenticator App

I have enabled two-step verification to log in to my Microsoft business account. However, I no longer have access to the authenticator app and I cannot restore an old backup that gives me access. How can I still gain access to my account to disable two-step verification? It is, among other things, for a paid version of Teams, which I cannot use at the moment.

I am also the account manager myself. So I cannot log on without two-step verification.

Sounds like you'll need the account admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.

If you are the admin then you can reach out to 365 global customer service here.
