Hi,

I still have two problems.

1.       My certificate “Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert” is not visible in “certifications” under my Profile despite a passed exams, MS-100, MS-101 and MD-102.

I know that I asked the same question almost 2 weeks ago and you redirect me to the below links below as the appropriate area to get an answer for it.

Microsoft Training & Support

Microsoft Certification - Transcript - Missing Exams or Certificates

Microsoft Certification - Missing Badge

Microsoft Certification - Profile/MCID Assistance

Microsoft Certification - Profile/Account Linking

That brink me to my second problem.

2.      I cannot access either of the above pages https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com  using my email angelosmcp@hotmail.com.
Despite that I was able to access the page https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com before, now it ask me to create a new profile (I know I already have one) and if I try to create he profile, the  page will simply stuck and do nothing.

So as you realize I can’t ask my question about the missing certificate to the correct site.

This is the reason I am contacting you again.

    Hi Angelos,

The issue with not being able to finish creating profile for training support has happened a few times in the past to other people. What I recommend you do is, using a Edge or Chrome guest profile, create a new Microsoft account using a new outlook.com or gmail or live.com or hotmail.com email address, then use that account to ask your question in Certification forum.

By "guest profile" I mean when you have Chrome open on your PC, click on the little person icon in upper right corner, then click Guest. In Edge click person icon -- Other profiles -- browse as Guest. The idea is to make sure you are using 100% clean browser profile with no cookies or other existing data saved.

Even though you will use a different Microsoft account to ask your question, when a support moderator contacts you via private message you can give them the correct Microsoft account associated with your certification profile.

Please click Accept Answer if the above was useful.

    Thanks.

    -TP
