I was using my asus G14 laptop just fine last night but when I tried to turn it on this afternoon, there is a BSOD saying Critical Process Died and it keeps going on a boot loop.

Things I've tried:

  1. Restart/Hard Restart laptop
  2. Update BIOS
  3. Restore system point but to no avail (fails to complete no matter which one I tried to use)
  4. Uninstall updates (both to no avail - says failed to complete)
  5. Reset laptop while keeping files (to no avail - says failed to complete)
  6. Cannot boot into safe mode
  7. sfc /scannow

I've tried everything I know and nothing works. Hotline to asus to no avail too. Please help!

    Hello,

What is the specific blue screen code of your computer?

What operating system version are you running?

Have you installed any software or applications recently?

Find a flash drive that you can format.

    Find a working Windows computer.

On the working Windows computer create a tool to use on the problematic computer.

    .

    .

    .

Boot the problematic to the flash drive.

Run the bootable Sea Tools Long Generic test.
