I similarly have established resources and models created within Doc Intelligence (with nomenclature similarly relating to FormRecognizer, as it was at the time). No such change should affect your Azure connectivity, to confirm.

A consideration here is that moving into the document intelligence portal can trigger another SSO login to validate what is technically a new session. I know that this can throw up other accounts of mine when following links, and I could imagine myself mistakenly clicking on an incorrect organisational account to prompt this error.

If that doesn't help feel free to share the particular error message, but I'm not sure what a further solution might be.

As @Jay Woodhill suggested above solution might it will help. Also, I recommend you try the following steps:

Ensure that you are using the correct Microsoft account to sign-in to Azure. You can check if you have an Azure account associated with your Microsoft account by visiting the Azure portal and signing in with your Microsoft account credentials.

If you are still unable to access the Document Intelligence Studio portal, you can try clearing your browser cache and cookies or using a different browser to sign in.

Also, I request you to navigate to settings page of the Document Intelligence Studio and check if the correct directory is used. https://formrecognizer.appliedai.azure.com/studio/settings?tab=directory

Hi, thank you for your response,

But unfortunately I am still facing the same problem,

I only have a single account associated with azure portal, which is active and allows me to access and view all my associated resources. This is the same account and login that I have always used to access Form recognizer studio, and it has been recently after the upgrade to Document Intelligent studio that I can no longer log in using the same login. But strangely I can access azure portal. I can also use the customs models trained with Form recognizer studio previously, I do it through the API. But it was when I wanted to verify something directly through Document Intelligence Studio that I noticed that I could not access.

Had issues with login to Document intelligence studio, login loop. For my problem it was solved by using chromium-based browser.
