Hello,
See this article on that error message.
From this error code, we can know that the activation failure is caused by the server not being able to automatically recognize the hardware, and in the face of this error, we can activate it manually.
1.Right-click the Start button in the bottom left corner of the desktop (or press the "Win+X" key combination) and click on the "Windows PowerShell (Administrator)" menu item in the pop-up menu.
2.In the Windows PowerShell window that opens, enter “slmgr -upk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx” (clear the original key) in the command prompt box and press Enter.
3.In the Windows PowerShell window that opens, enter the command "slmgr -ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx"(install the new key) serial number command and press Enter.
4.In the Windows PowerShell window that opens, enter the command "slmgr -ato" and press Enter.
If activation still fails, you will need to contact Microsoft Assistant Support team. Open the Command prompt as an administrator, type the command "SLUI 4". And then you will get the installation ID and the number you need to call.
Hope it helps.
Kind regards,
Lei
