RDS connection breaks off without an error message/notice

We use Windows 10pro or 11pro versions on our clients.

Our employees work via RDS connection on Windows Server 2019 terminal servers.

We have the problem that for various users the RDS connection breaks off without an error message/notice (the window simply closes while working), after reconnecting the season is restored.

The computers all have the latest Windows build installed and the RDS connection runs via Windows' own remote desktop service.

Is such behavior known?
