Different RBAC tables on MS learn

Question

Hello, I was studying for the SC-200 examination and watched the exam readiness videos from Albert Kirkpatrick on MS learn. In the video (don't know which one of the three part vid) Albert showed a table of Azure RBAC built-in roles. After I watched the videos, I was restudying the course together with MS learn documentations and saw the same table, but the actions that the built-in roles have, were different. I was wondering which table is the correct one? The one from Albert or the one on MS Learn (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/defender-for-cloud/permissions#roles-and-allowed-actions)
