Azure OpenAI Studio: Infinite deployment error

Hey there!

I am working on re-deploying a chatbot to an azure app service using the Azure OpenAI Studio. Since the web app already exists, I fill out the boxes like so:

Once I click deploy, the deployment process seems to begin without any issues as you can see here:

However, this notification appears in the studio for many hours after I start the deployment and I continue to see this error when I try to open the web app

I've tried restarting as suggested but the error persists, I've tried logging in a different browser and incognito window. There doesn't appear to be any relevant console errors in the browser's developer tools. Any one encountered this or know how to troubleshoot? Thanks in advance for your reply!
