Error message "Ordinal 380 Could not be Located in DLL"

When trying to launch the new version of Teams, I received the following error message: "The ordinal 380 could not be located in the DLL C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\MSTeams_23272.2707.2453.769_x64_8wekyb3d8bbwe\ms-teams.exe". Can anyone help me with this error message? Thank you in advance.

Please try uninstalling Teams and reinstalling Teams.

You can also check if new team MSIX packages are being blocked from being installed due to administrator or computer settings, please refer to this document for details.

We operate in a dynamic virtual environment, which I deployed the new Teams to as a clean install, no updating from classic Teams. In order to reinstall and test I will have to wait until the next recompose.

A reinstall of the software resolved this specific issue. Now the Teams window randomly pops to the forefront of my desktop and takes control, but I'll open a new ticket if I want to chase that one, I'm hoping future updates will resolve it.
