I'm not getting bitlocker recovery key.

I'm not getting recovery key , it oftenly happens that my laptop updates windows and one of the updates gets wrong and ends at unbootable stop code while starting windows . But I used to uninstall it by uninstalling latest updates option in bios ( Which needs bitlocker recovery key ).In Earlier Time I usually got the recovery key 3-4 times . But This time as i log in to aka/myrecoverykey/ . It's only saying that Web capture_24-10-2023_13848_account.microsoft.com.jpeg "Try Different URL"
