How to Apply for Access to GPT-4 Model on Azure OpenAI Services

Hello Azure Support Team,

I am writing to inquire about the process to get access to the GPT-4 model for deployment on Azure OpenAI services. I have received an email from Cognitive Services Gating Support welcoming me to the service and providing me with some useful information, but I have noticed that the GPT-4 model is not currently available for deployment.

My [application id is 2425769], I have reviewed the quick start documentation and am ready to start using the service for my approved use case.

However, I need to know how to apply for access to the GPT-4 model, please provide me with more information on this matter. My service region is East US.

I see that you are looking for information on how to apply for access to the GPT-4 model for deployment on Azure OpenAI services.

A separate application for Azure OpenAI GPT-4 is no longer needed.

Please make sure you have applied to the Azure OpenAI Service. Once approved for the Azure OpenAI Service, you will have access to GPT-4 in a few selective regions only. See below screenshot.

GPT-4 and GPT-4-32k are now available to all Azure OpenAI Service customers. Availability varies by region. If you don't see GPT-4 in your region, please check back later. As mentioned in our below docs for East US- Due to high demand, availability is limited in the region.
