MIM Delta import processing all records

Hi All,

We have a Management Agent to ADLDS .Delta import is processing unchanged ,filtered objects and filtered deletions most of the time. Sometimes it doesn't . We don't have any filter rules all those records are from out of scope OUs

What could be the reason for it and how can we avoid it?
