intuneに登録済み iphoneがポータル以外にアクセスできない

ABMでintuneの登録をしています

intuneの管理画面ではポリシーも準拠して、プロファイルも正常登録できています

iphoneで電源をいれるとポータルの画面が自動で開き、ポータルからほかの画面にアクセスできない状態になっています。

初期化しても、再起動しても同じ状態です。

どのようにしたらポータル以外にアクセスできるようになるのでしょうか。
