How to permanently delete/purge app service in Azure?

Hello

I have an issue on creating a new app service in a new tenant.

I have test my architecture on an intern tenant and now i want to move to the production tenant. But when creating the application on the second one, it said that the name is already in use.

What can I do to create the app in my production tenant ?
