Hello, all

I'd like to post this question about the error of Android device enrollment via Intune. Our company are using Android 12,13, Oneplus 10R device as a company mobile.

Sometimes, the screen will be stuck and we can't proceed it further more even though we pushed it again and again.

Registration process seems completed, checking the Intune console.

Is there anyone who faced same situation, resolved this issue, or who have suggestion regarding this issue?

@kouki,Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

From your description, I know that you were stuck in work checklist page when enroll in Intune.

To clarify this issue, we appreciate your help to clear something:

1.Did it stuck when using other android enterprise enrollment method?

2.Did you have any other android device? Please try if this issue occurs on other android device when using Corporate Owned Work Profile enrollment method.

3.Please make sure that Managed Google Play's status is normal.

4.is it an android device with GMS?

5.Please make sure that the setting "Android Enterprise (work profile)" is set to "allow" in Devices > enroll devices > Enrollment device platform restrictions in Intune portal.

6.How are you “kicking off” that initial setup / QR code scan? If it is on Android 11 or above you can NOT use the old way of entering “afw#setup” to initiate things. That only works for Android 8 thru 10. It turns out that for Android 11 and above, at that very first screen after the phone boots, you just rapidly tap the center of the screen a bunch of times to bring up the QR code scanner.

If there is anything update, feel free to let us know.
