Authenticator app without backup when changing iPhone

I have the following problem. I bought a new iPhone and reset the old one to factory settings (= deleted). Unfortunately, I have only now noticed that all logins from the Authenticator app are gone. Unfortunately, there was probably no backup on the old device and I did not notice this.

Is there a way to get this back somehow?

The problem is also that I cannot delete the existing two-factor authentications and apply for them again, as this would also require the codes from the app.

Unfortunately, I have a few important accesses, which is why I would be very grateful for a timely response.
