Admin user cannot access authenticator app

Hi,
I opened a business microsoft 365 account. I am the only admin of it. There's no other admin accounts, There is no IT team involved.
I lost my mobile and then when I installed authenticator on new mobile it will not let me sign in. It keeps showing me numbers to enter into my authenticator app but I cannot actually put the numbers in the authenticator app. Everytime I try to add the admin account I am shown to sign in, I enter password, it will then show me a screen showing 2 digit number to enter in my authenticator app (but I am already in my authenticator app and cannot go back to enter in anywhere)
I cannot login to Microsoft 365 admin, or any other services with my admin login.
Unfortunately I did not do any back ups and I do not have any other way setup to receive codes. I have tried changing password through website and it changed fine. I still have access to my backup email if that makes any difference. I really need help to login.
