Android vs IOS OneDrive App

Question

I have been using the OneDrive app both on Android and IOS. On IOS when you click on the + symbol on a folder you can save a photo:

Whereas for Android, when you try to perform the same action on a shared folder, the option to To Take a photo disappears:

Does anybody know how to fix this, please let me reiterate the fact that this is only a issue on shared folders.
