AKS version upgrade from 1.22.6

Hi
We have AKS version upgrade we have 1.22.6 now and it shows we can upgrade to 1.25.6 ,1.25.11 can someone suggest me is it ok to upgrade or any breaking changes happen or else we need to any lower version ,we got UK south location . Thanks .
