Good Morning,
I'm having a problem trying to load RDWeb on Windows Server 2022, rdp is working ok but, access it by https: is not working, even on local host to https://localhost/RDWeb i got the error err_ssl_key_usage_incompatible on browsers. that are no errors on windows event logs, no errors on events on IIs on server manager and no errors on events on Remote desktop services on server manager.
On IIS that is a local certificate issued to my server with expiratio date to 08/03/2024
I really apreciate any help.

But I have a quick question, have you tried to access RDWeb Application through HTTPS locally on the server?
For example, https://localhost/RDWeb
If you're able to connect to the website locally, then make sure that the client machine that you're using to connect to the site is able to negotiate the used protocols on the server, make sure that the time and date configured on the server and the client are correct.
If you're not a fan of manual registry tweaking, you could use a third-party software called IIS Crypto by Nartac Software, it's totally free, and it allows you to manually select the TLS and SSL protocols, as well as predefined profiles that could give you best practice selected protocols that are widely configured on IIS.

err_ssl_key_usage_incompatibleerror should occur when one of the SSL protocols or hashing methods are not supported. So installing that software and enabling that TLS 1.1 on Server and Client might work ( as they are still widely in use )Other News:
