CMG setup error

We are setting up CMG in SCCM console, the Subscription ID is empty after I sign in successfully. The Azure AD app name and tenant name are showing up, the Subscription ID is empty with a red exclamation mark.

What thing should I need to check?

Anything in smsadminui log? Do you have the permissions to the subscription?
