CMG setup error

We are setting up CMG in SCCM console, the Subscription ID is empty after I sign in successfully. The Azure AD app name and tenant name are showing up, the Subscription ID is empty with a red exclamation mark.
What thing should I need to check?

Like Rahul mentioned, the user must have Azure subscription owner permission to make changes in a subscription.
