Is there any API for Authenticator app to to verify OTP ?

Question

I need to allow users in the system to login using Microsoft account, but some users enabled 2FA, so how I could verify the entered code ? any API to verify it ?

What I will do is to trigger an input that will take the sent code and verify it (if there is any method to verify)
