Paint not prompting to save changes if adding a text box; need to turn it on.

If I go into Microsoft Paint and add a Text box to my image and type in some text, when I close Paint, it won't prompt me to save my changes. If I do any other kind of change to my image in Paint, it will prompt me to save my changes when I exit Paint.

How can I turn this on so Paint will prompt me to save my changes when I exit after adding a Text box?

We've duplicated this on 6 different Windows 11 computers so far. Every person's home and work computer has the same issue.
