When are Azure app services expected to support Java 21?

Java 21 on app service is expected to be available in next weeks and currently we don't have any ETA and it might changes based on different factors. I saw that version 21 is available from portal and that is awesome

The only remain thing is the runtime to be available in Azure DevOps
