Placement of Tab and Search Bar in search-based Extension

Hi there,
I'm working with a partner on creating a message extension for their teams app and it seems that there is a way to configure a search bar with multiple tabs as shown in the contoso example attached. However, when we supplied in multiple commands in the composeExtension section of the manifest.json, the placement of the tab and search bar are flipped (see screenshot). Would you be able to provide some guidance on how to place the search bar on top and tabs to follow?
