how to replace Power Bi?

HI!

I need to create an Excel file that is online (available for the whole organization) and self actualize every morning on schedule. my first though was just use Power Bi, my problem is that there is no licence available and the organization is not very keen on change, so what are my options? the platform needs to be windows based.(google is out of the question)

I think Power Query+Power Automate+Excel+Sharepoint can do the trick, but to be honest I had not work with Automate and Sharepoint before.

Do you know a better way to do this?

If you are looking for an alternative to Power BI, you can consider using Excel with Power Query and Power Automate. You can use Power Query to connect to and transform data from various sources, and then use Power Automate to schedule the data refresh and upload the Excel file to a SharePoint site for organization-wide access.

Power Automate does have a flow that can be triggered every morning on a schedule.

In fact we are currently providing help on SharePoint in the Q&A forum, and Power Automate is a product independent of SharePoint which we are not so familiar with. Regarding the difference between these two methods which is more related to Flow, we would recommend that you go to the forum dedicated to flow for more professional help, there will be very professional people to solve the problem for you quickly
