Windows 11 Automatically Reverted to Windows 10

So when i got this error
" The computer restarted or encountered an unexpected error.  Windows install cannot proceed. To install click Ok to restart the computer, and then restart the installation " on windows 11 and i fixed the issue it bringed me back to windows 10 and my pc became laggy & laggier when i changed childcompletion from 1 to 3. is there a way i can fix this laggy pc issue?

    If you're installing Windows from a USB drive , make sure the installation media is not corrupted. Try creating a new bootable USB drive or DVD using the official Windows Media Creation Tool.

    If you're upgrading or reinstalling Windows, consider performing a clean installation. This involves formatting your existing Windows partition and starting fresh. Make sure to back up any important data before doing this.
