Microsoft authenticator

Hi, I have a question, so I had authenticator app which was associated with my work account. so, every time I am signing, I get a code in my laptop and i put it in my phone in the authenticator app. Last night I had an issue with my phone so I have deleted the Microsoft authenticator and reinstalled it again. Now I'm not getting any prompt to type in the code when I'm signing into my account in the laptop. Please advise. As its like a loop going on to sign in because when i clicked the more options its showing as same the code must be typed in authenticator app/

    so I have deleted the Microsoft authenticator and reinstalled it again

    You'll need the work admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
