TeamsClient API is not working Properly while sending images in MS Teams.MS Team Picture (Send by backed through code in any Channel) is not opening in the Desktop web Application

While sending image (via python code) to teams' channel, the image is not opening when we click on it, we can see the image on the channel but when we click on it, it is not opening.

Hi @Prasad-MSFT - We are creating an image of an excel summary and then sending it to teams' channels, so issue is that the image is visible on teams' application/on android/on iPhone but when we click on that image then on iPhone device it is not opening, earlier it was not the case, it's happening since past few days.

As you can see that the image is visible but not clear and also when I click on this image it is not opening (happening in iPhone teams' application)

There is a service issue EX637339 related to the issue that you are facing.

It was created in July and being work upon. That can cause service degradation.

It was created in July and recent update was done on 29 Nov 2023

It is a known issue and Microsoft is backend team is working on it.
