Please share some more details about your Azure VPN gateway setup.
- What is tunnel type and authentication type used in your Azure P2S VPN gateway?
- Are you using the VPN client downloaded from the Azure portal?
- Could you please share a screenshot of the error?
This error is a mostly a client-side issue.
I would request you to try the below steps:
First try the below:
- Open elevated command prompt on your machine.
- Run
netsh int ip reset - Reboot the machine.
Then, try the below:
- Open Device Manager on your machine.
- Under Network Adapters, uninstall all adapters starting with "WAN Miniport" - Right click, Uninstall
- Once you've uninstalled all, go to the menu and select "Scan for Hardware Changes" and those adapters will reinstall automatically without restarting.
Uninstall Azure VPN client and re-install it and then try connecting to it again.
