    Hi,

Once you run out of the free credits you will need to switch to the PAYG subscription with a valid credit card or payment method, check the detailed information for the Free Account over here - https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/free/free-account-faq

    Hope this helps.

baskar With the Azure free account, eligible customers receive USD 200 in credits which can be used within the first 30 days on most Azure services. Any unused credits cannot be carried over to subsequent months and cannot be transferred to other Azure subscriptions. In short, if you have credit with balance of 15000, it will be expired after 30 days whether you utilize it or not.

Within 30 days of sign-up or upon exhaustion of the credits (whichever occurs first), you must upgrade to a pay-as-you-go subscription by removing the spending limit. This allows continued use of the Azure free account and select free services for the term. Only pay if you use more than the free monthly amounts.

Regarding your question about whether to opt for pay-as-you-go within 30 days or after 30 days, you can opt for pay-as-you-go at any time. However, if you opt for pay-as-you-go within the first 30 days, you will not be charged for any usage beyond the free monthly amounts of services until the credit is exhausted. If you opt for pay-as-you-go after the first 30 days, you will be charged for any usage beyond the free monthly amounts of services immediately.

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I got some more clarification, still I have some doubts.

When subscription is disabled after 30 DAYS, leaving current project configurations exist without use, say after 20 days if the subscription is enabled by opting for PyG,(pay-as-you-go) the 20 days' unused-cost also will it be billed ? i.e. could NOT use the resource because of A/C disabled, still will it ALSO be charged moment enabled .

Say earlier(before A/C disabled) configurations cost Rs. 300 per day, 300x20 day=Rs.6000 will it be auto debited?

Q1) To upgrade AZ a/c to PyG, microsoft insist for PAN, any way to by pass? When debit-card details are given to m.soft, do they auto debit monthly? Why do they insist for PAN while we gave card to debit? What they will do with PAN?
Any way to over come PAN entry?

Q2) While monthly debit occurs, will that not ask for  OTP to me?

Q3) In the Microsoft Learn (Ignite) Hand-on-approach learning how to identify in that portal, is it like a virtual LAB, as good as Azure portal.?

As my Account is FREE A/C no provision to raise support ticket in AZURE, so please HELp ME immediately....
