Unable to get the certification after completing the exam

Hi ,

I have completed AZ 204 certification exam today 10/27/23.

I took the exam with the voucher code given from my company and I have taken the exam from my personal account.

I have passed the exam.But after logging to my account I am unable to view the certificate. I got to know that we need to link our work account with this account but am not sure how to do this.

Can you please help me with downloading my certificate.
