Blocking the MS-Store via Intune or Group Policy requires a Windows Enterprise edition. In your situation, the configuration that sets a registry key will be ignored. Upgrading your devices to enterprise will activate the function after a few Store starts. It may seem peculiar, but that's how it is.

Hi,
Our organization wants to block MS-Store application for all end users by using intune and Endusers all are using Win 10/11 Pro version. Team has created the policies on Intune "Turn off the store" but no luck. Please share if any alternative way to block the MS store. TIASiva
