How to access inaccessible video on microsoft stream

I am trying to access videos uploaded on the Microsoft team, but it stated "hm... it seems you don't have access." even though I am already a member of the group. is there any way for me to access the recorded video of the Microsoft team on Microsoft stream?

We recommend you contact your Teams admin to give your permission to access Teams meeting record. Admin can control the video permission who can see the video, who can own and edit it, and which groups and channels it’s displayed it. For more details, you can refer to:
