Hello @Hamza ERRKIBA
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A and thank you for posting your questions here.
You were unable to see validity of the certification extended after passed the renewal exam.
The reason why the validity of the Microsoft certification is not extended after passing the renewal exam is that certifications expire after one year to ensure that tech professionals keep skills up-to-date with evolving technology. The renewal assessment focuses on recent technological and industry updates, so it only extends the certification for one year from the expiration date. This way, Microsoft ensures that certified professionals are always current with the latest developments in their field.
Also, your Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification will be associated to all 4 exams at once, it is just that because you had already achieved it with AZ-300 and AZ-301, and because the Microsoft Certified professional program only issues the certification when it is first obtained, no diploma or badge will be issued if you pass the new path.
