AADSTS75011 - GoToMyPC Azure SSO with Windows Hello or FIDO

We are trying to set up Azure SSO with GoToMyPC. We get the following errors below. GoToMyPC is stating they don't support FIDO or Windows Hello for Business, but I don't think support really understands the problem, nor due the understand valid authentication methods in Azure.

is there anything I can change on my end to make this work? We use WHfB and FIDO as we need phishing resistant MFA.
