clipboard does not work in hyper-v

hi @ all, i have set up a ubuntu server on hyper-v and there copy paste does not work, even the mouse cursor disappears behind the window. can someone please tell me what i need to set/enable that i can copy from the clipboard from the host to the vm? thanks in advance
