Currently, we are experiencing difficulties connecting the domain to our Microsoft account, specifically the address "info-multisoftsystems.com@NETORGFT14647868.onmicrosoft.com." 

We understand the importance of having a seamless integration between our domain and Microsoft services, and we believe this is essential for our business operations. However, despite our best efforts, we have been unable to resolve this issue on our own.

To provide you with the necessary information for troubleshooting and resolving this matter, I have outlined the key details below:

Our Domain: multisoftsystems.com
Microsoft Account Address: info-multisoftsystems.com@NETORGFT14647868.onmicrosoft.com

This issue  ( I tried other option also txt / mx / cpanel) same issue

 

We have confirmed that you own multisoftsystems.com, but we can't add it to your account because the domain is already added to a different Microsoft 365 organization: multisoftsystems0.onmicrosoft.com.

Sign in to the admin center as i**o@multisoftsystems.com, or another admin for that organization, and remove the domain multisoftsystems.com. Try resetting the admin password if you can't sign in. You should be able to add the domain multisoftsystems.com here after taking that step.

If you can't access multisoftsystems0.onmicrosoft.com, please contact our support team for help.
