I obtained my PL-300 certification on October 30, 2022, and now it requires renewal before it expires. I followed the link provided by Microsoft to renew my certification
When attempting to log in with my personal Microsoft account ,I encountered an error message stating "no certification profile found." I then attempted to link a different profile, but encountered the same problem. I am unable to access the certification section.
My certification is set to expire in 2 days, and I urgently need assistance in resolving this issue. Your prompt support in rectifying this problem would be greatly appreciated.
