Help with miceosoft auth

Hi i have switch my phone and when i do the recovery for my microsoft AUTH on my other device all look correct but only thing is one of my account jagex he not follow and now i cant enter in my account without code of the auth i need your help for deleate them and fix all this thing please

Create an authenticator cloud backup on old phone, then you can restore the authenticator cloud backup on new phone but make sure no accounts have been added to the newly install app. Then sign on with recovery account to do the restore.

Without a backup to restore from the only option is to work with each of the service provider's account recovery methods. The authenticator app is nothing more than a code generator. The two factor is only turned on or off at the service provider end.

Ok but do have a way for get one back up code ? for i enter in my game JAGEX said he cant do nothing.
