L2TP/IPSec VPN not work on Windows 11.

Greetings, sorry for my bad English.

I use a D-Link to use a L2TP IPsec VPN which I configured with:

Phase 1 Settings

Local Peer: Peer1

Negotiation Mode: Main

Identifier Type: Address

IKEv2 Encryption Algorithms: 3DES

Authentication Algorithms: HMAC-SHA1-160

Diffie-Hellman Group: MODP-1024

SA life Time: 86400 seconds

Phase 2 Settings

ESP Encryption Algorithms: 3DES

Authentication Algorithms: HMAC-SHA1-160

Diffie-Hellman Group: MODP-1024

SA life Time: 28800 seconds.

If I try to connect from Windows 11, the log indicates this error:

"ERROR: failed to get valid proposal.

ERROR: no suitable proposal found.

ERROR: invalid DH group 19.

ERROR: invalid DH group 20."

What should I do to remove this error?
