New m.2 won't let me install Windows 11 on PC

My M.2 was the main drive that had W11 and had died. I put a new 990 Pro in and tried to boot with the media creation tool on it. It now suddenly says that my pc doesn't meet the requirements even though it came with windows 11. My build itself is absolutely fine and runs high end components. I went into the boot mode and made sure it was the correct boot as well but no result. My motherboard is an MPG Z490 GAMING EDGE WIFI. Do I maybe need to update the BIOS or something else? I appreciate any help.

When you install windows one of the first steps is to write the files and boot sector to disk, but in order to do that windows needs to access the disk via the disk controller. If the controller driver is not included on the install media then you'll need to provide it. Typically the files named oemsetup.inf, txtsetup.oem, and the *.sys file for your drive controller are what's required. Check with the manufacturer or their site for this.
