How to buy MS 365 Basic?

I have finally decided to give MS 365 a go and it will not let me. :/

I added paypal and when trying to add an address: Incorrect ZIP!

I changed the language to local, but it do not help.

EDIT: MS will not even let me add a card, for the same reason.

EDIT 2: I have contacted the support, they could not help me either.

I guess I will have to walk to MS store and buy the subscription myself.

I buy everything online, even groceries, but MS has to be something special.

Paypal has already my verified address (ebay) and yet MS wants to verify it itself.

Problem solved, bouht it via Google on Android. Thanks for nothing MS.

MS Support helped me to solve the issue, it was the space, like 810 00 instead of 81000.
