Every time I start my laptop w/ Windows 11 Pro, it will report 2 errors as below:

  1. Remote Access Connection Manager failed to start because the Protocol engine [GRE] failed to initialize. The operation identifier is not valid.
  2. Remote Access Connection Manager failed to start because the Protocol engine [IKEv2] to initialize. The request is now supported.

How can I fix these 2 errors? Thank you so much for your great support!

    Hello

The errors you’re experiencing are related to the Remote Access Connection Manager service in Windows 11 Pro. Here are some steps you can try to resolve these issues:

Check the Remote Access Connection Manager service: Ensure that the Remote Access Connection Manager service is running correctly.

Edit your registry: You can try disabling UDP by creating a new registry value.

Turn off UDP in Group Policy: You can also try disabling UDP through the Group Policy.

Check your network adapters: Uninstall the WAN Miniport (IP) and WAN Miniport (PPTP) devices in Device Manager, then click on ‘Scan for hardware changes’ to reinstall them.

Check the Remote Access Auto Connection Manager service: Ensure that the Remote Access Auto Connection Manager service is set to ‘Manual’ in the Startup type drop-down menu.

Would you please give some ideas for how to solve these errors? Or do I need to Reset my computer again, w/ removing my personal files together, in order to solve this issue? Thanks.
