Check the status of the resource provider in the Azure portal. If it is still in the "Registering" state, wait for some time and check again later. Sometimes, it can take a few minutes or even hours for the registration process to complete.

Check the Azure status page to see if there are any ongoing service outages or issues that might be affecting the registration process. If there are any issues, you will need to wait until they are resolved before the registration process can complete successfully.

Check the network connectivity between your computer and the Azure portal. Make sure that you have a stable internet connection and that there are no firewalls or other security settings that might be blocking the registration process.

If none of the above steps work, you can try unregistering and then re-registering the resource provider. To do this, go to the "Resource providers" blade in the Azure portal, select the "Microsoft.Web" resource provider, and then click on the "Unregister" button. Hi Vinod,

This was a known issue from Microsoft side and it seems the issue gets resolved after sometime or re-register it and check - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1373476/microsoft-web-registering-stuck

If this does not work I will suggest you to raise a call with Microsoft on this issue.
