The "Ask in powerApps" in Dynamic content of Initialise variable flow is not visible to me.

It shows me another set of random options. How do I fix this? I think it's because the power automate isn't connected to powerApps but I have checked all the settings, and everything seems alright. help would be much appreciated! User's image

I have a Power App that already has buttons that pass data to instant Power Automate Flows. It was always a bit clunky. I can no longer use any of the methods to fix this. The nearest I got was to get Power Apps Studio to make a new Flow. Name it and select a template and save it. There isn't a template for what I want but when you use a template and edit the Flow from Power Apps Studio you do at least get the "Ask in Power Apps" dynamic object option. That however results in my app complaining that I have 3 arguments in my "on select" property but the Flow is expecting 7. As there isn't a way to delete any of the template based (and not applicable) dynamic objects from the Flow (nor see the order in which the Flow needs to receive the data) I cannot finish my project.
Editing the Flow from Power Automate doesn't help me either.
