Memory Integrity won't enable due to incompatible driver(s).

Under Memory Integrity there are no incompatible drivers listed. I went through the entire device manager. It does not identify anything. No yellow or red flags. No disabled devices.

Windows Update shows all drivers are up to date.

Q&A Assist refers to Windows Hardware Lab Kit (HLK). I can find no relevant info on that resource.

It can be difficult to determine which driver is incompatible with Windows 11 memory integrity, especially if there are no visible errors or warnings in Device Manager. One potential solution is to use the Windows Hardware Lab Kit (HLK) to test your drivers for compatibility with memory integrity. The HLK includes a test for memory integrity compatibility that can help identify any issues with your drivers. Additionally, you can try updating your drivers to the latest version or contacting the manufacturer for support. If you are unable to identify the incompatible driver, it may be necessary to leave memory integrity off for the time being.

Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates.

Try visit your device's manufacturer website and install the latest driver updates (if any).

Make sure report this issue using the Feedback Hub app.
