How do I add my newly gained Microsoft credential to my learn account

Question

I was offered to take the Microsoft Office Outlook Specialist exam for free through program I am in. I passed and have received the certification. I received a email that instructed me to create a Microsoft learn account with the temporary access code and certification id number. I just do not understand where I enter that information so that my certification will be added to my account.
